WHO WE ARE
We are a Primary Care Network which consists of 2 GP practices, Bloomfield Medical Centre and Waterloo Medical Centre. Both practices provide general medical services Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6:30pm.
Outside of usual working hours, our collaboration allows for patients to benefit from evening and weekend GP appointments through our Enhanced Access Service with GPs and other healthcare professionals. This service runs within Whitegate Health Centre.

OUR AIM
Our aim is to create better access to our patients outside of usual GP opening hours, through shared knowledge, resources and staff. Through our partnerships, we:
make healthcare more accessible for all
reduce healthcare inequalities
increase in the breadth and range of services available to patients
share resources, expertise, and services between GP practices
improve the health and wellbeing of the local population
