We are a Primary Care Network which consists of 2 GP practices, Bloomfield Medical Centre and Waterloo Medical Centre. Our aim is to create better access to our patients outside of usual GP opening hours, through shared knowledge, resources and staff.

Through our partnerships, we make healthcare more accessible for patients outside of usual GP opening hours and providing a wider range of services to benefit our patients health.
